Jeffrey R. Davis
Jeffrey R. Davis, MD is the founder and CEO of Exploring 4 Solutions, LLC. He is a recognized international leader and consultant in strategic innovation, human system risk management in health care systems, and space and aviation medicine. He provides consulting expertise and experience in strategic innovation through collaborative and open innovation projects, organizational change management, and project management. Jeff’s unique experience and insights across government, academic, corporate and non-profit sectors provide a depth of technical knowledge that builds bridges between various disciplines and partners. Prior to Exploring 4 Solutions, Jeff served as the Director, Human Health and Performance, and the Chief Medical Officer for the NASA Johnson Space Center. He received his B.S. degree in Biology from Stanford University, an M.D. degree from the University of California at San Diego, and a Master of Science degree from Wright State University. Raymond R. Fletcher
Bob Fletcher is a seasoned trust professional with over forty-five years experience in the trust industry having served in officer positions of personal trust officer, trust manager of two Texas banks and president of an independent trust company. As a nationally recognized institutional trust consusltant, responsibilities have included serving as long-term, on-site, interim trust manager for purposes of resolving crisis management issues. Other consulting engagements have included trust department and trust company formations, closings, turnarounds, expansions and risk assessments.
Mr. Fletcher earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southwest Texas State College (now Texas State University), San Marcos, Texas, and graduated with a Trust Major from Southern Methodist University's Southwestern Graduate School of Banking, Dallas, Texas. Elizabeth E. Richard
Elizabeth E. Richard is founder and principal of EER Strategies, LLC (www.eerstrategies.com) and a visiting fellow of the Harvard Crowd Innovation Laboratory at the Institute for Quantitative Social Science. She was previously a senior strategist for NASA’s Human Health and Performance Directorate where she was responsible for strategic planning and partnership development, and was instrumental in the establishment of the NASA Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation. Elizabeth specializes in innovation strategy, collaborative engagement, organizational change management, open innovation and strategic planning in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. She is a frequent speaker and author on the topics of strategy innovation and collaborative engagement, and has designed and led many client workshops. Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston. Peter G. Roma
Dr. Pete Roma is founding Director of the Applied Behavioral Biology Unit at the Institutes for Behavior Resources and Adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD. He also holds faculty appointments in the Department of Applied Behavioral Science at the University of Kansas and the Institute for Interdisciplinary Salivary Bioscience Research and Department of Psychology and Social Behavior at the University of California, Irvine.
An experimental psychologist with a history of NASA, NSBRI, and FAA funding, Pete brings a unique multidisciplinary approach to team science, specializing in Behavioral Economics and the effects of team composition and other environmental factors on long-term cooperation, cohesion, stress resilience, and performance in operational environments. Dr. Roma is the lead inventor of the NASA-supported COHESION social behavioral software tool used by Minerva for objectively assessing and building individual and team cooperation, productivity, and fairness behaviors in small groups.
